BOCA RATON (FL), UNITES STATES. October 20, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ – STS Inks is a world leader in wide format, industrial, and household inkjet markets. It will launch its DTF series printers at Printing United Expo (C6118) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Built with advanced Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing capabilities, the Japanese-made 1682D 64” DTF Printer provides a staggered dual-head design that provides ultra-fast print speeds and is coupled with the STS 48” Automatic shaker for increased workflows and processing speeds.

STS also revealed the new features for the STS Inks XPD-724D, which will be available in January 2023. This debut will deliver high-quality output and high production thanks to its user-friendly operation. The improved performance characteristics are accompanied by a built-in whiteink circulation system which allows for unimpeded flow of ink directly into the print head, ensuring optimal results. Both the 1682D and upcoming XPD-724D pair with STS’s DTF ink, which offers users excellent color gamut and outstanding durability.

“We’re thrilled to be introducing the 1682D and 48” STS Automatic shaker to market along with our debut of the upcoming XPD-724D at the Printing United Expo, whose audience is comprised of top industry leaders who will appreciate the advanced capabilities of this ground-breaking DTF system,” said Shahar Turgeman, who founded STS Inks in 1999. “We have built-in brand-new features that will greatly increase both ease-of-use and speed that we expect will change the DTF game.” In addition, STS has added new capabilities to its flagship 24 inch DTF series printers with internal circulation and a new look.

All STS DTF printers come with SAI’s Flexi DTF Edition RIP Software, bundled with Flexi DTF Editor. The STS DTF series features automatic bi-directional alignments and an easy-to-use touch panel. It also has LED lighting and an upgraded media feed flap that allows users to quickly load and exchange multiple rolls.

DTF offers many advantages over traditional DTG (Direct to Garment) technology. This is limited to pre-treated cotton fabrics and wears much faster. DTF can print onto cotton, silk and polyester as well as nylon, leather and 50/50 blends. DTF can be used on both white and dark textiles. Users can choose between a matte or glossy finish. DTF doesn’t require any cutting or weeding, creating sharp edges and images. It also requires less technical printing knowledge.

STS designed its DTF programs and packages to provide hassle-free, high-speed performance and maximum resolution. The company’s research and development team have built-in top components that set new standards for DTF printing. STS is also known for its exceptional service and high quality inks, powders, and products. They are compatible with large format printers of all major brands. STS Inks DTF Inks are high in color density, have a wide color gamut, and excellent color saturation. They can also be printed head-safe thanks to encapsulated resin and nano pigment. STS Inks can be used in a variety of applications. They are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and have excellent wash-ability. STS Inks come in CMYK, white, and other colors. They are made in the USA and go through rigorous testing.
